Tax:
As DR Products does not have retail stores
in any states,
the web purchases that are shipped to these other states are considered
“non-taxable”. As we are located in Arizona, the
web orders that originate from
Arizona will be charged state tax.
Shipping
and
Processing Orders:
Our standard time for shipping an order is
48 hours, which
is from the time we receive the order on the website. If we are out of
stock or
back ordered on any item, we will notify you by email or phone to
advise you.
Our policy is not to make substitutions automatically.
We reserve the right of limit sales to
dealers, resellers or
distrbutors at our discretion.

When you place an order, you will have the
option of how you
would like your order to be shipped to you. We do have a
processing fee included in
the shipment charge for processing, handling and packing your order to
be
delivered to you.
